Prices are listed in ZAR and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Payment is processed through secure third-party providers. Payfast does not store payment details.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via download link, email, or account access after payment confirmation.Customers are responsible for ensuring correct email addresses and account details are provided.

5. License and Usage 

Digital products are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, share, or transfer digital products to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All digital products remain the intellectual property of GCC Courses (Artisan 360 Pty Ltd)

Purchase does not transfer ownership rights; it grants a license to use the product under these terms.

7. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate purchase or technical issues preventing access, at the discretion of GCC Courses (Artisan 360 Pty Ltd).

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa
